GENERAL BILL by Finance and Tax ; Saunders
Property Appraisers [RPCC]; Revises authority of the property appraiser to inspect property for assessment purposes. Revises required time limitations for filing applications for homestead exemptions. Revises factors for consideration by property appraisers in determining permanent residency for homestead exemption purposes. Clarifies that certain property is exempt from taxation, etc.
