CS/SB 1552: Everglades Restoration Bonds [RPCC]
GENERAL BILL by Finance and Tax ; Saunders ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Bullard ; Baker
Everglades Restoration Bonds [RPCC]; Authorizes the issuance of additional Everglades restoration bonds to implement the Florida Keys Area of Critical State Concern protection program. Requires the Legislature to analyze the ratio of the state's debt to projected revenues before authorizing issuance of certain bonds. Authorizes the DEP, subject to specific appropriation, to use moneys from the Save Our Everglades TF to fund projects identified in the Keys Wastewater Plan, etc.
