Florida Locksmith Services Act [EPCC]; Preempts, effective July 1, 2009, local regulation of locksmith services and those performing such services to the state. Creates the Florida Board of Locksmiths within the Department of Business and Professional Regulation. Provides for the licensing and registration of persons performing locksmith services. Delineates requirements for licensing and registration, etc.
