Enforcement of Immigration Laws; Creates ch. 986, F.S., the "Florida Security and Immigration Compliance Act"; prohibits public employers from entering into contracts for physical performance of services with contractors not registered & participating in federal work authorization program; provides for parallel requirements & procedures with respect to such contracts with DOT, etc.
Effective Date: 07/01/2008 except as otherwise provided
