Department of Corrections [LPCC]; Deletes certain provisions limiting circumstances under which an offender may be placed in community control. Specifies that the DOC meets its statutory obligation to assist released offenders with completing the application for the restoration of civil rights by sending an electronic list to the Parole Commission each month of those inmates and offenders who were released from incarceration or terminated from supervision during the preceding month, etc.
