OGSR/Victims of Child Abuse or Sex Crimes [LPCC]; Expands the exemption for certain victim information by making it confidential and exempt from public record requirements. Expands the exemption to include sexual offenses prohibited under provisions for prostitution and provisions for obscenity. Creates exceptions to the public record exemption. Provides for future legislative review of the exemption, etc.
