SB 1638: Pest Control Compact [RPCC]
GENERAL BILL by Agriculture ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Baker
Pest Control Compact [RPCC]; Provides for enactment of the Pest Control Compact into law and authorizes entry into such compact with other jurisdictions. Provides findings with respect to the need for all states to cooperate in pest-eradication and control programs. Designates the Commissioner of Agriculture as the compact administrator for Florida, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
