JOINT RESOLUTION by Wilson ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Bullard
Teachers/Beginning and Average Salaries [SPCC]; Proposes an amendment to the State Constitution to require that, by 2011, the beginning salary for full-time public school teachers shall be no less than the national average beginning salary for full-time public school teachers, as provided by law. Requires that, by 2011, the average salary for full-time public school teachers shall be no less than the national average salary for full-time public school teachers, as provided by law, etc.
