Infant Eye Care/Mandatory Examinations [SPCC]; Requires every baby born in a hospital to receive, prior to being discharged from the hospital, an eye examination using an ophthalmoscope and dilation of the pupils for detection of pediatric congenital and ocular abnormalities. Provides an exception to eye examinations when parents file a written objection, etc.
