Virtual Instruction Programs [FPCC]; Authorizes a school district to offer courses by virtual instruction to students meeting certain conditions and to implement the instruction programs by approved district-operated programs or programs provided by contracted providers if approved by the Department of Education. Provides that full-time equivalent students participating in a school district's virtual instruction program be funded through the Fla. Education Finance Program, etc.
