GENERAL BILL by Education Pre-K - 12 ; Wise

Classroom Size Reductions [FPCC]; Removes the eligibility requirements that a school district is required to meet in order to deliver the prekindergarten program during the school year. Removes the Department of Education's authority to certify school districts as eligible to deliver the prekindergarten program. Revises the requirements for calculating the number of students per classroom for specified fiscal years, etc.
