GENERAL BILL by General Government Appropriations ; Alexander
Implementing 2008-2009 General Appropriations Act [FPCC]; Provides for moneys in the Invasive Plant Control TF from the excise tax on documents to be used for Everglades restoration and for Water Resource Action Plan. Authorizes the Executive Office of the Governor to transfer certain specified funds between departments for purposes of paying risk management insurance. Requires the DEP to award funds to certain small counties for programs in litter prevention, recycling and solid waste programs, etc.
Effective Date: 07/01/2008 except as otherwise provided
