GENERAL BILL by Health and Human Services Appropriations ; Peaden
Implementing 2008-2009 General Appropriations Act [FPCC]; Reenacts a specified provision relating to the source and use of certain trust funds in order to implement the transfer of moneys in the General Revenue Fund from trust funds in the 2008-2009 General Appropriations Act. Provides for allocating funds for alcohol, drug abuse, and mental health services to areas of the state having the greatest demand for services and treatment capacity and as specified in the General Appropriations Act, etc.
Effective Date: 07/01/2008 except as otherwise provided
