GENERAL BILL by Transportation and Economic Development Appropriations ; Fasano
Distribution of Excise Taxes [FPCC]; Revises provisions relating to the distribution of the excise tax on documents. Authorizes the Department of Revenue to retain amounts necessary to pay certain costs. Revises provisions relating to the elimination or reduction of the service charge on the local option fuel tax and the amount of deposit in the State Transportation Trust Fund. Revises provisions for funding the University Concurrency Trust Fund within the DOE, etc.
