CS/SB 1892: State Data Center System [FPCC]

GENERAL BILL by General Government Appropriations ; Carlton

State Data Center System [FPCC]; Revises the duties and responsibilities of the Agency for Enterprise Information Technology. Requires the agency to review an agency's request to accept credit, charge, or debit cards in payment of goods and services and make recommendations to the Chief Financial Officer. Establishes a state data center system. Establishes the Northwood Shared Resource Center as a separate budget entity housed in DCFS for administrative purposes, etc.
