SB 194: Students Withdrawing from School [SPCC]

GENERAL BILL by Wilson

Students Withdrawing from School [SPCC]; Requires that a student who is withdrawing from school, who has not graduated, and who attains the age of 16 during the school year must be assigned a counselor or other school personnel to provide educational information until the student is 18. Requires that 9th graders, prior to the second semester, and students who are withdrawing without graduating or transferring to another school be provided certain information, etc.
