GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Dockery ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Joyner
Drivers' Licenses/Suspended, Revoked, or Canceled [LPCC]; Provides that a person commits a second-degree misdemeanor upon a first conviction and a first-degree misdemeanor upon a second or subsequent conviction of the same offense if the person's driver's license or driving privilege is canceled, suspended, or revoked for offenses, including, but not limited to, failure to pay child support, failure to comply with a civil penalty, and designation as a habitual traffic offender, etc.
