GENERAL BILL by Rich ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Joyner ; Margolis ; Ring

Adoption [SPCC]; Provides that a homosexual is eligible to adopt a child under certain enumerated circumstances including but not limited to, if the child has resided with the person, the child's parents are deceased, and the person proposing to adopt the child is the guardian. Provides that certain provisions apply only with respect to a petition, declaration, or will or codicil that is filed or executed on or after July 1, 2008, etc.
