Use of Electronic Surveillance Equipment; Defines "electronic surveillance equipment"; prohibits use of electronic surveillance equipment for specified purposes in connection with criminal offense; prohibits specified actions concerning information received through use of electronic surveillance equipment; provides for reclassification of offenses when electronic surveillance equipment used in connection with them.
