Alcoholic Beverages/Persons Under 21 Years [EPCC]; Increases the penalty imposed for a second or subsequent offense of selling, giving, or serving alcoholic beverages to a person under 21 years of age within one year after the first offense from a misdemeanor of the second degree to a misdemeanor of the first degree. Provides a defense to such a charge, etc.
