SB 2070: Super Enterprise Zones [EPCC]
GENERAL BILL by Bullard
Super Enterprise Zones [EPCC]; Exempts tangible personal property purchased by a certified business for the exclusive use or consumption of that business within a super enterprise zone. Exempts retail sales of such property made by a certified business that is owned or leased and operated by the business for the purpose of making retail sales, and that is located in a super enterprise zone. The exemption does not apply to the retail sale of any item having a price of $1000 or less, etc.
