Florida Retirement System [SPCC]; Redefines the term "special risk member" for the purposes of the Florida Retirement System to include, effective July 1, 2008, any member who is employed by a public acute care hospital that serves as a trauma center and provides treatment to members of the public who have deadly or crippling infectious diseases, who are accused of or convicted of serious violent crimes, etc.
