TRUST FUND/GENERAL BILL by Health and Human Services Appropriations ; Peaden
Trust Funds/DCFS [FPCC]; Terminates various trust funds of the Department of Children and Family Services. Provides for the disposition of balances in and revenues of the trust funds. Provides for the administration of various trust funds by the DCFS. Revises the date for reversion of specified balances in the Tobacco Settlement Trust Fund, etc.
