Trust Funds/Department of Health [FPCC]; Terminates the Florida Center for Nursing Trust Fund within the Department of Health. Revises the date for reversion of specified balances in the Tobacco Settlement Trust Fund. Removes the scheduled termination of the Welfare Transition Trust Fund, etc.
