GENERAL BILL by Commerce ; Transportation ; Bennett
Motor Vehicle Dealerships [EPCC]; Revises the definition of "motor vehicle dealer" to authorize such dealers to apply for certificates of title to certain vehicles using a manufacturer's statement of origin. Provides that a franchised motor vehicle dealer of the same line-make has a cause of action against a dealer who engages, with sufficient frequency so as to establish a pattern of wrongdoing, in the business of an unauthorized and unlawful additional dealership location, etc.
