GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice

Juvenile Justice [LPCC]; Provides that confidential information obtained during an official's service with juvenile delinquents may be shared with authorized personnel of the DCFS. Repeals provisions relating to the early delinquency intervention program. Removes references related to the condition of participation in an early delinquency intervention program when the court considers where to commit a delinquent, etc.
