GENERAL BILL by Deutch
Insurance; Requires, effective June 1, 2008, a specified amount of contributions paid to the Florida Retirement System to be distributed to the Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund for certain purposes. Expands the list of applicants eligible for exemption from certain insurance examination requirements. Revises certain continuing education applicability requirements, etc.
