Mortgage Rescue Fraud Act [EPCC]; Provides requirements for foreclosure consultant contracts. Specifies prohibited activities for foreclosure consultants and foreclosure purchasers. Specifies certain violations as unlawful practices and provides for remedies under the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act, etc.
