OGSR/Paratransit Services [RPCC]; Expands an exemption from public records requirements which is provided for information identifying an applicant for or a recipient of paratransit services so that the exemption applies to all agencies. Repeals a provision relating to the prior exemption provided for such information. Deletes provisions providing for repeal of the exemption, etc.
