SB 2228: Child Support [SPCC]
GENERAL BILL by Siplin
Child Support [SPCC]; Eliminates the requirement for a man seeking to disestablish paternity and terminate a child support obligation to affirm that he is current on his child support obligation or that any delinquency is based on inability to pay, etc.
