GENERAL BILL by Finance and Tax ; Baker

Judicial Sales/Real or Personal Property [LPCC]; Permits judicial sales of real or personal property under an order or judgment to be conducted by electronic means. Requires clerks to provide public access terminals for electronic sales. Authorizes clerks to receive electronic payments and deposits related to electronic sales. Provides a service charge to be received by clerks for sales conducted by electronic means. Provides for electronic tax deed sales, etc.
