Social Worker Identification [SPCC]; Defines "social worker" to mean any person who has a bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree in social work. Prohibits a social worker from conducting clinical social work unless licensed or certified by the Department of Health. Provides requirements, penalties, and exemptions for using the title "social worker." Requires the Department of Health to adopt rules, etc.
