Vox Populi - Voice of the People Act [RPCC]; Provides requirements with respect to decorum in meetings of the governing boards of local government authorities. Requires the governing body of a local government authority to provide specified opportunities for citizens to address issues at meetings of the governing body. Prescribes allocations of time for citizen participation, etc.
