Residential Property Insurance/Mitigation Discount [EPCC]; Requires that the Office of Insurance Regulation develop and make publicly available before a specified deadline a proposed method for insurers to establish windstorm mitigation premium discounts that correlate to the uniform home rating scale. Requires insurers to make rate filings pursuant to such method, etc.

Effective Date: Upon becoming law
