GENERAL BILL by Posey
Auctioneering [EPCC]; Provides a fingerprint requirement to qualify for auctioneer and auctioneer business licensures. Revises application requirements for licensure as an auction business. Provides for ineligibility of certain persons and auction businesses to reapply for licensure, etc.
