Lewdness and Indecent Exposure [LPCC]; Provides it is a third degree felony to commit any unnatural and lascivious act with another person on or within 1,000 feet of the real property comprising a child care facility which is in compliance with signage requirements, a public or private elementary, middle, or secondary school during school hours when children are present, or a state, county, or municipal park or beach, a community center, etc.
