Relief/Judge J. G. & Tena Donahey/USF; Provides relief for Judge Joseph G. Donahey, Jr., and Tena Donahey, his spouse, for damages sustained as a result of the medical treatment of Judge Joseph G. Donahey, Jr., by employees of the State of Florida. Requires funds to be paid from the Faculty Practice Plan Revenue affiliated at the University of South Florida Health Center, etc. CLAIM WITH APPROPRIATION: $1,500,000.
