GENERAL BILL by Lynn ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Baker
Articulation and Acceleration [SPCC]; Requires certain collaborative efforts by the State Board of Education and the Board of Governors. Requires the Commissioner of Education to establish an Articulation Coordinating Committee. Requires that the district interinstitutional articulation agreement identify the responsibilities of postsecondary institutions for assigning letter grades for dual enrollment courses, etc.
