Investment of Local Government Surplus Funds [RPCC]; Revises the purpose of the Investment of Local Government Surplus Funds Act. Authorizes the State Board of Administration to contract with a professional money management firm to administer the trust fund. Creates the Participant Local Government Advisory Council. Provides for the purpose of the Fund B Surplus Funds Trust Fund. Provides for investment policy criteria and implementation, etc.
