SB 2448: Sexual Offenders [LPCC]

Sexual Offenders [LPCC]; Prohibits certain specified sexual offenders whose victim was under the age of 18 from entering a public library without immediately notifying an employee of the public library of the sex offender's presence and intent to use the resources of the library. Prohibits the sex offender from entering the library until the employee acknowledges the presence of the sex offender, etc.
