GENERAL BILL by Joyner
Florida Lead-based Paint Reduction Program Act [SPCC]; Creates the Florida Lead-based Paint Reduction Program within the Department of Health (DOH). Requires certification of individuals and firms performing lead-reduction activities. Requires the DOH to develop course accreditation and certification standards and requirements. Requires a person to provide notification of lead-based paint abatement activities to the DOH, etc.
