GENERAL BILL by Lynn
Florida Ready to Work Certification Program [SPCC]; Provides that the powers and duties of Workforce Florida, Inc., include ensuring consistent usage of a credential made available under the Florida Ready to Work Certification Program. Requires certain students to earn a Florida Ready to Work Credential in order to graduate from high school with a major area of interest in a career or technical area, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
