GENERAL BILL by Rich ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Dean

Florida Kidcare Program [SPCC]; Expands application of the Florida Kidcare program to include all uninsured, low-income children. Revises provisions relating to enrollment in such program. Removes a restriction on participation in the Florida Healthy Kids program. Revises age and income limitations for Title XXI-funded Florida Kidcare coverage. Requires notice to health plans and providers when a child is no longer eligible for certain coverage, etc.
