CS/CS/SB 2532: Child Custody and Support [SPCC]

GENERAL BILL by General Government Appropriations ; Children, Families, and Elder Affairs ; Lynn

Child Custody and Support [SPCC]; Provides a directive to the Division of Statutory Revision to retitle "Dissolution of Marriage; Support; Custody" as "Dissolution of Marriage; Support; Time-sharing." Revises provisions relating to a presumption of good faith for psychologists making specified determinations. Provides for orders of temporary support for children whose time-sharing is temporarily modified due to a parent's military service, etc.
