GENERAL BILL by Villalobos
Workers' Compensation [EPCC]; Requires an insurance carrier to give an employee more than one opportunity to change physicians for medical treatment. Provides for all parties involved in a workers' compensation case to have access to medical information provided by an authorized health care provider. Revises requirements for obtaining an independent medical examination. Provides requirements for entitlement to supplemental benefits, etc.
