Veterans' Suicide Prevention & Mental Health Svcs. [LPCC]; Requires the Statewide Office for Suicide Prevention to establish a Veterans' Suicide Prevention and Mental Health Services Program. Specifies the tasks for the office in implementing the program. Provides minimum standards for community-based providers that provide services to veterans at risk for suicide and mental illness, etc. APPROPRIATION: $1,300,000.
