Optional Medicaid Services [SPCC]; Requires the Agency for Health Care Administration to limit payments for certain medical equipment and medical supplies to providers that meet specified criteria. Requires surety bonds for certain provider locations. Requires background screening of certain provider staff as a condition of employment, etc.
