Pharmaceutical Compounding [SPCC]; Provides pharmaceutical compounding for the provision and administration of a compounded drug to a patient by a practitioner in the practitioner's office or in a health care facility or other treatment setting. Provides for a pharmacist to dispense and deliver a reasonable quantity of a compounded drug, including certain controlled substances, to a practitioner for office use, etc.
