SB 2608: Wine Shipments [EPCC]
GENERAL BILL by Saunders
Wine Shipments [EPCC]; Authorizes certain direct shipments of wine. Provides age requirements for those purchasing wine for direct shipment or receiving direct shipments of wine. Requires the collection, remittance, and payment of certain taxes by direct shippers. Removes a provision requiring that the winery shipper licensee be aggrieved by a violation involving prohibited delivery from without the state to have standing to bring an action, etc. APPROPRIATION: $616,152.
