GENERAL BILL by Storms
Juvenile Justice/Child/Failure to Appear [LPCC]; Provides that it is a violation of law for a juvenile to fail to appear as required before a court or judicial officer. Revises provisions relating to detention of a juvenile for failure to appear. Provides for holding a child charged with failure to appear in secure detention for a specified period. Requires that juveniles held pending specified placements or commitments be held in secure detention, etc.
